Agave Vinaigrette

I kind of just threw this together the other night and it turned out better than expected. It's very simple and tastes really good and it took about 2 minutes to put together.


1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 clove of garlic - diced
1 green onion/scallion - diced
pinch of salt
2 grinds of fresh cracked black pepper


Whisk everything together in a bowl. That's it. Just drizzle it over your favorite salad.  It was great on stuffed pork chops too.
